Important Senior Dates 2008 - 2009

August Enrollment: Turn in senior information sheet and pay dues of $50.00. D ues paid after Christmas are $60.00.

October 3: Senior presentation from Stanley Graduation @ 11:00 in EHS Auditorium-get all your questions answered!

October 13 : Order announcements 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

October 14: Order announcements 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Parent/Teacher Conferences/west hallway, 2 nd floor

November 21: Make up day to order announcements 9:00-2:00

December 5: All orders must be turned in to Stanley Graduation. After this day late charges will apply!!!

December 19: Last day senior dues are $50.00. After Christmas the dues are $60.00.

January 26 : Last day to check the spelling of name on diploma.

Check with Mrs. Haynes regarding the deadline to order the Class Rooster T-shirts-if 50 shirts are not purchased, then we will not order.

First of April: Announcements will be delivered to EHS Room 203

Friday, April 24 : Last day to turn in pictures for the slide show -

Friday, May 8 : Pick up cap and gown: EHS Auditorium @ 12:45 - 1:30 pm .

NO early pick up; Students cannot pick up gowns for another student!

Friday, May 15 : 2 nd period-All School Academic Awards Assembly

3 rd & 4 th period: Senior Breakfast - First Baptist Church

Monday, May 18: Last day to reserve handicapped seating at

graduation-- contact Michelle Lloyd in Media Arts Bldg.

Tuesday, May 19 : GRADUATION practice @ 8:30-12:00 -this practice is mandatory! Please be in your seat at Jenks Simmons ready to start at 8:30 . Wear cap, gown and dress clothes/shoes. This is the time for individual and group pictures.

Friday, May 22 : Graduation @ 7:30 at Jenks Simmons Field House
